Previous GRP spraying experience preferred. Duties include spraying and finishing GRP components while ensuring a high-quality finish and following health & safety procedures.

🔹 Trainee GRP Repairers
💷 £12.71–£13 per hour DOE
Training provided – no experience necessary!
Ideal for someone looking to learn a skilled trade. You’ll be trained in repairing and finishing GRP components to a high standard.

🔹 1x Labourer
💷 £12.71 per hour
General labouring duties within a busy manufacturing environment, helping with materials, keeping work areas tidy and supporting the production team.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – GRP ROLES:
Anyone working in a GRP role will need to be clean shaven on their first day to enable them to successfully complete a face-fit test for their required respiratory mask.

-Stripping out and refitting interiors
-Using hand and power tools
-Carrying out repairs and modifications
-Working from drawings and specifications
-Maintaining high standards of quality and safety

What we're looking for:
Experience in joinery, carpentry, construction, refurbishment, fit-out, manufacturing or similar is preferred.

You should be:

-Confident using hand and power tools
