💷 £12.71 per hour – PAID WEEKLY
⏰ 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm
📅 Full-time & part-time shifts available

Your role will include handling, processing, packaging and quality checking products in a fast-paced production environment.

✅ No previous experience? Food production experience is an advantage but not essential!
✅ Must be comfortable working in a cold, wet environment

Staff Finders are recruiting now for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our expanding and established market leading modular manufacturer client in Hull, HU9.

This role will combine both forklift driving and warehouse work - therefore a valid, in date Counterbalance licence and warehouse experience will be required.

This is a full time position working Monday to Thursday, 6am to 2:45pm and Friday 12pm finish on Fridays.

Immediate starts available following on site interview.

Salary to start at £13 per hour, paid weekly through Staff Finders.

📅 37.5 hours per week

Staff Finders is recruiting an experienced and proactive Working Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across Hull and the surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on management position, ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge who can confidently manage site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🔸 Oversee the day-to-day running of construction and refurbishment projects
🔸 Coordinate labour, trades and subcontractors
🔸 Monitor project progress, programmes and deadlines
🔸 Carry out regular site and quality inspections
🔸 Ensure work meets drawings, specifications and required standards
🔸 Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and RAMS
🔸 Identify and resolve site issues, delays and potential risks
🔸 Liaise professionally with clients, residents, suppliers and contractors
🔸 Manage snagging, final inspections, handovers and client sign-off
🔸 Maintain accurate site records, photographs and progress documentation
🔸 Provide regular project updates to the Management Team

👷 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous experience as a Site Manager, Working Site Manager, Supervisor or similar
✔️ Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing of works
✔️ Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
✔️ Good understanding of construction Health & Safety requirements
✔️ Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
✔️ Competent IT and reporting skills
✔️ Full UK Driving Licence – essential

⭐ Desirable:

• SMSTS qualification
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• Relevant trade background
• Experience within refurbishment, maintenance, social housing or local authority projects
