About the Role:
We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Operatives to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving both outdoor work and some duties within a greenhouse environment. The position is physically demanding and suited to individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Weeding and general plant maintenance
-Cleaning and preparing work areas
-Potting plants and handling plant stock Standing down plants -Sticking and cutting plants

We have a labouring role at an oil waste recycling industry assisting with general site maintenance and processing to ensure safe and efficient waste management.

Pay Rate: £14.48 per hour Labourer
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the base rate (Time and a Half).
Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Breaks: Includes three breaks during the 12-hour shift.

Work Environment: The role involves scraping oil products; be prepared for a dirty environment and the strong smell of oil.
