VAN AND TRAILER WORK AVAILABLE IN BEVERLEY

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team for Van and Trailer work. This role involves transporting goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, excellent communication skills, and the physical capability to handle heavy lifting tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, contributing to our logistics and supply chain operations.

Duties include:
• Safely operate vans and trailers for the transportation of goods to various locations
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly for transit
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Plan routes effectively to optimise delivery times and minimise fuel consumption
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs
• Communicate clearly with dispatch teams regarding schedules, delays, or issues during transit
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and stock organisation when required
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to load or unload goods safely
