Humdinger are looking for an Operations Variance Analyst to play a key role in supporting manufacturing performance, material control, and continuous improvement across our fast-paced food manufacturing site.

This is a hands-on, factory-facing analytical role where you’ll work closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance teams to understand what’s really happening on the shop floor. You’ll investigate variances in material usage, yield, and waste, ensuring data accuracy and helping drive smarter, more efficient operations.

You’ll also act as the operational lead for ERP (QAD) data integrity, ensuring work orders, stock accuracy, and traceability are aligned with real-time factory activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, challenging processes, and influencing change in a manufacturing environment.
