💙 Our therapy dog, Martha, and her mum, Beth, our General Manager, continue to visit care homes and other settings to bring joy to residents and individuals, spreading our message.

Mencap in Kirklees, West Yorkshire, and Alexandra Court in Hull, were their latest visits, and they loved every second!

Martha and Beth also completed 107km of walking across the month, raising £205 for Pets As Therapy. Amazing work! 👏

This is the second of our work anniversary shout outs this week!

Our Bookings Manager, Dannielle King, has been part of our Care Connection Partners family for four years today.

She has seen and helped our business to grow from strength-to-strength in that time, and she does a fantastic job of ensuring our bookings system runs as efficiently as possible.

Thank you for everything you do, Dannielle! We truly appreciate you and here’s to many more years.

What a wonderful visit to see the residents at Alexandra Court Care Centre in Hull!

Our therapy dog, Martha, and her mum - our General Manager, Beth - continue to bring joy to residents during every visit.

It was wonderful to see the smiles on residents’ faces and hear their stories.

We feel privileged to be able to share Martha’s love and help to make a difference, working with our fantastic partners.

Our therapy dog, Martha, is continuing to create joy, love and happiness whenever she visits care homes and other care settings.

Martha and her lovely mum, Beth, our General Manager, recently visited Mencap in West Yorkshire and loved every moment.

Beth said: “I was delighted to be asked to visit Mencap in Kirklees, after a member of their support staff had seen pictures of her mother enjoying a visit with Martha in a local residential home during one of our previous visits.

“The joy Martha brought to everyone in the service was clear to see, and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with everyone.

“Martha’s visit brought out so much confidence in some of the service users. Some who were initially a little hesitant soon came out of their shells and gave Martha lots of love.

“Martha’s favourite part of the visit was showing off her sit, wait and paw trick, and she would like to send an extra special thank you for all the cheese treats!

“We’re looking forward to arranging another visit in the near future.”

Martha and Beth are also completing a 100km walking challenge this month to raise money for the Pets As Therapy charity.

A cheerleader from Hull and her teammates have returned from a major international competition in the USA, enjoying the experience of a lifetime.

We were delighted to sponsor Ellie-Mae Bone, 18, and her fellow athletes, who travelled to Orlando, Florida, to compete in the Allstar World Cheerleading Championships last month.

Ellie-Mae is the daughter of Annemarie Bone, Activity Coordinator, Speaking Up Guardian and Positive Behaviour Support Lead at Foxglove, one of our fantastic partners,
