Now this role is an exciting one, on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate.
The Role –
· Speaking with companies to arrange services, installations and repairs
· Ensuring equipment is ordered and available for installations
· Process purchase orders
Inputting of sales orders
· Speaking with companies, clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction
· Dealing with supplier orders
· Dealing with purchase orders and deliveries
· General Administration
About you –
· A real multi tasker, who likes to get the job done
· Fantastic customer service skills
· Enjoys a busy office environment
· Sage experience
· Super organised
Has previous experience in an administrative role
Hours of work Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00.
Hourly rate - £8.91 per hour
