Looking for reliable, long-term work with a growing company? We’re recruiting Recycling Operatives for a busy cable recycling site in Shepshed, LE12.
🔧 About the Role
You’ll be operating recycling machinery that processes cables from construction sites across the UK. Tasks may involve using forklifts, loading shovels, and if you’re not licensed yet, full on-site training can be provided).
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and real prospects for progression within an expanding business.
🕒 Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturday if needed)
AM Shift: 06:0-14:30 (paid break)
💷 £13.00 /hour
👤 Who We’re Looking For
✔ Mechanical mindset – understands how machines work
✔ Reliable & available Monday to Friday
✔ Experience in recycling/industrial work (preferred)
✔ Experience using FLT (desirable, but training can be provided)
✔ Able to communicate clearly in English
✔ Safety-conscious, responsible, and hardworking
✔ Looking for stable, long-term employment
