Writing a to-do list might seem like the easiest thing in the world, but the reality is that doing it correctly can be the difference between a productive day and one where you feel lost and overwhelmed. 😔

Try these tips when you're writing your next to-do list 👍

1) Rule of three - write a must-do, a should do, and a could do and watch your productivity skyrocket

2) Be realistic - there are only so many working hours in the day, keep your list realistic and focused

3) Group similar tasks together - add your tasks in categories for example admin, creative and project work - you'll tick them off together and feel great about it

P.S. there's no shame in adding something to your to-do list that you've already done just so you can tick it off, we've all been there... 😉
