Main role responsibilities:
Key role and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: –
• Day 1 site introductions – meeting and greeting inductees and new starters
and introducing them to their Team Leaders
• Regular updates with TL, support any issues/queries.
• Liaise with TL’s on performance stats
• Performance management & conduct conversations
• Absence management
• Obtaining volunteers for overtime requests
• To maintain all colleagues, fulfil shift requirements
• Dealing with pay queries
• Allocating Lockers, PPE, and Rotas
• Listening to objections and submitting to TL
• Issue/retrieve holiday forms to the office
• Managing breaks/time schedules
• Attending Rota meetings to ensure balance in rotas
• Briefing Colleagues on rota changes
• Statement taking for Health and Safety incidents
