🏭 Multi-skilled Production Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver

📍 Barton-under-Needwood
📋 Ongoing temporary work

You’ll operate manufacturing equipment and a counterbalance forklift, check product quality and help keep the plant clean and running safely.

Shift times and hourly pay:

🔹 Mornings: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:15
£12.71 per hour

🔹 Afternoons: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:15
£14.58 per hour

🔹 Nights: Sunday–Thursday, 22:00–06:15
£15.42 per hour

✅ Paid breaks
✅ Free parking, tea and coffee
✅ On-site catering

Own transport is required. A valid counterbalance forklift certificate is preferred.

🌱 Farm Worker / General Operative wanted

📍 Packington, near Ashby-de-la-Zouch
💷 From £12.71 per hour
🕡 6.30am starts, working until finish
📅 Monday to Friday, with a possible short shift every other Saturday

This is a varied, physical role, with most work carried out indoors. You’ll operate machinery, harvest produce and help empty, wash and prepare growing houses for the next growing cycle.

You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, follow instructions carefully and take pride in doing the job accurately and safely.

Forklift experience is an advantage, but isn’t essential. Training can be provided where required.
