⚙️ Get to Know Jessica ⚙️

Before joining the staffing world, Jessica built her background across safety administration, executive support, and payroll administration, which gives her a well-rounded read on what clients actually need and what candidates are navigating when they're making a career move.

That combination of operational and people-facing experience translates well into staffing coordination, where the job is really about understanding both sides of the equation and making sure the right fit happens for everyone involved.

Outside of work, she's a mom to three boys ranging from 9 to 19, which means her weekends are largely dictated by whatever sport is currently in season. She makes a point of being on the sidelines regardless, so she's logged a lot of hours at arenas, fields, and gymnasiums over the years.

She and her partner of 16 years, who she met while they were both working at Purolator, share their home with two dogs: Tank the American Bulldog and Bandit the Frenchie.

When she's not at a game or wrangling the dogs, Jessica usually has something on the go at home. Right now that means a kitchen renovation running in parallel with learning how to build raised garden beds so the family can grow their own vegetables this season.

We're lucky to have her on the team.

Greg White has been named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEO’s for the fifth time and with that recognition, inducted into Atlantic Business Magazine's Hall of Fame.

Greg co-founded Integrated Staffing alongside Ross Argante in 2013 with a vision of building a staffing and recruitment company focused on relationships, accountability, and long-term partnerships. Alongside Erika Smeltzer as part of the original three-person team, what began as a small operation has grown into a multi-branch team of nearly 40 people supporting clients and job seekers across Atlantic Canada through Integrated Staffing and Accountant Staffing.
