We’re partnering with a well-established Halifax organization to recruit a Human Resources Manager who will lead and strengthen HR operations across a dynamic, multi-site workforce. This is a permanent opportunity within a collaborative, low-turnover environment backed by an engaged and supportive ownership team.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full HR function including recruitment strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance with provincial and federal employment legislation. You’ll also support organizational structure planning, guide leadership through complex HR matters, and help foster a strong team-oriented workplace culture across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate brings several years of progressive HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, and the ability to confidently navigate both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational support. Experience within hospitality, service, or high-volume workforce environments will be considered a strong asset, along with exposure to immigration-related processes.
