Established in June 2013, our aim is to provide reasonable cost to both employers and helper's but still maintaining a sincere and excellent after sales service. We practice fairness and transparency in all our business dealings. We strive provide responsible and reliable domestic household services to meet different household needs in Singapore

We are the first agency in Singapore who does not c

harge the helper any placement fee (NO LOAN) for transfer in Singapore as we understand the importance of their salary to their whole family in their home country. Meanwhile, we are able to help Employer who is genuinely needs a helper but not able to afford the high upfront cash payment. We believe strongly that retention rate does not comes with high loan of the helpers. It takes place when full and accurate information such as Employer’s profile and employment history of helpers has been given to both parties. We see no reason for Employer to retain any FDW who has been forced to work in the family due to external pressure or lack of information as Employer wants someone who is reliable and trustworthy in the house to handle the domestic chores while the employer is out for work. Despite the low upfront cost, we being an accredited employment agency of Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Sanctuary Manpower provides professional services to both Employer and FDW. We enforce all the rules and regulation set upon by MOM.
