Assist to do basic food preparation
Ensure the kitchen section has everything they need and be responsible for cleaning the kitchen
Assist in managing cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
Commis Chef - 1800 to 2200
Job Description
Assisting in the food preparation process
Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
Assisting other chefs
Chef de partie / Demi chef - 2200 to 2600
Job Description:
To assist the head chef / Junior Sous Chef during service for timing and progress of all dishes
To ensure that the presentation, taste, texture, and quantity are maintained to the standards
To ensure by checking that all dishes prepared and presented in your section are to the standard laid by the Company
Job Requirements
Candidates with relevant experience preferred
Able to work on weekends if needed
