Job Scope:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to:
• Ensure the proper fumigation of our clients’ stored products and general cargo
• Update fumigation outcomes and details via our IT platform
• Provide guidance to our clients on maintaining their integrated pest management program
• Handle fumigants daily
• Working hours are Mon-Sat (5.5 days) | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• 2 OT per month on Sundays
• Working Sites vary
Requirements:
• Class 3/3A driving license preferred
• Basic English communication/writing skills
• Relevant work experience will be an advantage. Staff with no experience will be considered for Trainee role and sent for training
• ITE-NEA Pest Control Cert for Worker role
• ITE-NEA Pest Mgt Cert for Technician role
Package and Career Progression*:
• Trainee: $1,300 - $1,800 (Basic) + OT allowance ($200 - $300) + CPF contribution, standard employee benefits, AWS and Performance Bonus
• Worker (ITE-NEA Pest Control Cert): $1,400 - $1,900 (Basic) + OT allowance ($300 - $400) + CPF contribution, standard employee benefits, AWS and Performance Bonus
• Technician (ITE-NEA Pest Mgt Cert): $1,700 - $2,200 (Basic) + OT allowance ($400 - $500) + CPF contribution, standard employee benefits, AWS and Performance Bonus
• Various in-house/outsourced trainings provided (including Work-at-Heights, Forklift Operations, Joint ITE-NEA Certificate etc., if applicable)
• Leave benefits include Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Childcare leave, Parental Leave, Compassionate Leave etc
• Medical check ups and insurance
• Job rotation
• Progressing to Team Leader, Supervisors, Fumigators etc. upon accumulation of job experience, training and qualifications
