Giving back to the community is at the heart of what we do!

Recently, our team travelled to Batam for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, visiting two local communities, Kampung Nenas and Balerang Hilltop. Together, we conducted hygiene education classes where children learnt the importance of proper handwashing and toothbrushing habits, while also taking part in fun and engaging activities.

In addition, we prepared food and clothing packs for families to bring home, hoping to provide meaningful support beyond the day’s activities.

More than just a CSR event, the experience was a humbling reminder to stay grateful for what we have and to continue making a positive impact on the communities around us.

A meaningful morning of learning and growth!

As part of our ongoing commitment to accessibility and inclusion, NParks engaged Guide Dogs Singapore (GDS) to conduct a training session for our team, trainers and VSOs.

Through the session, we gained valuable insights into the experiences and needs of Singapore's visually impaired community, as well as practical ways to better support and assist visually impaired individuals in our daily interactions.

The training reinforced the importance of creating environments that are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to all. We are grateful to NParks and Guide Dogs Singapore for making this meaningful learning experience possible ❤️

A lost bracelet. A determined team. A grateful passenger.

When a passenger approached us after losing a gold bracelet, she believed had fallen into an escalator, we knew it was more than just a missing item.

Our team immediately filed a lost report and worked closely with the technician to investigate. Days later, after a thorough search inside the escalator, part of the bracelet was recovered and returned to its owner.

While we could not promise we'd find it, we knew we had to try.

Because sometimes, the smallest items carry the biggest meaning, and moments like these remind us why service goes beyond the expected!
