Amour Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a fantastic company based in Hampshire who are looking for an experienced Pensions Technical Specialist to join their growing team.

This is a senior, hands-on technical role where you’ll become the go-to expert for:
✔️ Technical pension queries
✔️ Complex casework
✔️ Regulatory interpretation
✔️ Quality assurance & process improvements

You’ll work closely with the Team Manager and Team Lead to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality pension administration while helping the team stay ahead of legislative and regulatory changes.

💼 What we’re looking for:
• Strong pensions administration experience within a senior SIPP role or technical pensions position
• Excellent knowledge of SIPP products, HMRC pension tax legislation & FCA regulations
• Experience handling complex cases including transfers, benefit crystallisation, death benefits & tax reporting
• Relevant pensions qualifications preferred (CII RO4, AF7, PMI Retirement Provision Certificate or equivalent)
• A passion for problem-solving and sharing technical knowledge

📍 Location: Hampshire
🏡 Flexible working options available – Office based, Hybrid or Remote considered
🕘 Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
💰 Salary: Up to £35,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
