Do you have 3+ years’ gardening experience and are looking to grow your skills in a supportive, friendly team?

Join GreenArt as the business grows and work across a variety of beautiful private gardens throughout Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire — from estates to intimate courtyards.

You’ll be hands-on with all aspects of garden care, using your skills to maintain and develop stunning, wildlife-friendly spaces 🐝🪻delivering the full range of gardening services, as well as 1 to 1 Coaching and Horticultural Therapy to over 100 clients and their gardens.

What you'll need:
🌱Excellent plant knowledge
✨ 3 years’ experience maintaining UK private gardens/estates including herbaceous borders and seasonal work
🚐Level 2 RHS or equivalent (or working towards)
🌿 Trailer towing qualification B+E or experience & competence in towing
🚗Full, clean and valid driving licence

As Plant Area Supervisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the plant area. You’ll provide expert advice on plants, seasonal displays, and helping customers choose the right products while driving plant sales.

You will supervise a team, manage stock and displays, and handle waste processing. This hands-on role combines horticulture expertise with garden centre supervisory experience, making it ideal for candidates looking to progress into supervisory or management position within a garden centre environment.
