Action will always speak louder than words.
I’ve been very quiet on here lately, because myself and my team have had our business blinkers on with absolute focus. Pure ex*****on mode is exactly what was needed!
I am incredibly proud of how far Gaia has come, believing we could and now proudly knowing we were the ones responsible for mobilising senior talent for some of the worlds major projects and critial infrastructure.
Swiping through our new carousel below you will see lots of very high level titles and major projects in the U.K. Europe and Australia. What you don’t see is the late night/ early morning co ordination across time zones, the strict confidentiality needed for our defence partners and the complex logistics and compliance of moving individuals and sometimes families globally… that’s to name a few!
Here is a snapshot of how we have supported our Tier 1 clients over the last 12 months;
- RAIL - Mobilised a complete systems engineering team, along with a Project Controls Manager, HSQ Senior Manager and the Head of Systems for a major multi £b High Speed project in Europe.
PROCUREMENT - Placed the Procurement team including Manager, officer and Logistics - Europe
MARINE DEFENCE, ENERGY & MINING - Sourced technical specialists including HV Cable jointers, OH Linesman, Industrial Painters and Corrosion Engineers on full relocation packages to Australia.
DEFENCE - Placed a Head of Operations for critical infrastructure UK on a retained agreement who made such an impact, he was promoted to Director level within a few months.
The blinkers may of come off for a brief moment to share on here and take a moment to reflect, but better believe our focus remains unchanged. We are now more resourceful than ever and if you are scaling a major project or looking for your next big career move then I would love to connect.
