Enterprise Personnel are assisting our client who are seeking a 3.5t delivery driver with warehouse duties who will perform a variety of general warehouse and delivery support tasks. Duties include:

Supporting warehouse in all warehouse activities.

Processing received parcels and packages.
Preparation of a delivery route plan and deliveries.
Maintaining and tidying warehouse environment.
Maintaining and cleaning delivery vehicles.
Managing & communication Vehicle Servicing and Servicing dates.
Responsibility for the delivery vehicles fit for purpose.

Compile data and prepare a variety of delivery reports.
Recommends actions to improve warehouse and delivery efficiency.
Delivery to Customers, Collection from Suppliers and other driving related tasks.
Company Health and Safety Compliance.

Enterprise Personnel are assisting our client who are seeking packing & process operatives for their night shift. Based at the Biggleswade site, working a 4 on x 4 off shift pattern. Night shifts available 18:00 - 06:00 hours. Working as either a Packing Operative or a Process Operative. You will undertake a on-site company induction test before you start work.

Packing Operative £13.74 p/h
Process Operative £15.35 p/h

Full PPE will be provided.

The core focus of this role is to work as part of a team responsible for the blending and baking of raw materials or packing materials, to safety and quality standards. You will be expected to demonstrate safety 1st behaviour by keeping self and others safe.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in sheet metal manufacturing and a good understanding of CAD/CAM programming to join a supportive and experienced team.

The Role

Working closely with the design and production teams, you will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, CNC programmes and production documentation to support efficient manufacturing.

Key responsibilities:

Creating and modifying SolidWorks models and drawings for sheet metal manufacturing.
Generating, checking and optimising CNC programmes and nesting layouts.
Preparing and maintaining production documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings and technical drawings.
Reviewing DXF files, checking dimensions and ensuring designs are suitable for manufacture.
Maintaining CNC programmes, standard parts libraries and production records.
Supporting production teams with technical queries and manufacturing improvements.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy and manufacturing standards are met.
Working closely with design, production and commercial teams.
We are looking for someone with:

Previous experience in sheet metal manufacturing
Experience in CAD/CAM or CNC programming within a manufacturing environment.
Good working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD or TruTops Boost.
Understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, including laser cutting, CNC punching, guillotines and press brakes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CNC nesting, BOMs and ERP systems would be advantageous.

The Role

You must be comfortable using machinery, very good with figures/measurements, picking material, packing material, loading lorries with orders, reporting to the section leader.
