Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Analyst who is able to provide an effective and responsive technical support service to all IT users within the business.
What you will be doing as an IT Support Analyst:
Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems related to hardware, operating systems and mobile devices.
You will be the first point of contact for all technical enquiries, supporting hardware, software, and network issues via onsite, telephone, remote and service desk.
You will own the IT process for new starters and leavers along with other related tasks such as desktop support, printer support, software installations, patch management as well as maintaining the ticketing management system and liaising with Outsourced Service Providers as required.
What we are looking for:
You will ideally have had exposure and a working knowledge of the following environments and technologies: Windows 10, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft InTune, Office 365 including Sharepoint, Active Directory, Mobile Technology (Apple and Android), CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Azure Information Protection.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in an IT Support/Service Desk environment, to provide high quality support in a customer focused role.
You will possess strong communication skills both written and verbal and demonstrate care and attention to detail.
The role demands a self-motivated team player with a hands-on approach and the ability to deliver to tight reporting deadlines.
Candidates should possess strong organisational skills and a 'can do' attitude towards every aspect of the role.
The role will ideally require someone with experience in an IT support role. Microsoft (or similar) qualifications would be advantageous.
