The CEO of a growing tech business based in Hitchin is looking to hire a go-getter to fulfil the role of Executive Assistant combined with some administration and marketing as he looks to expand the business.

It is a demanding role and will suit someone who has the confidence to ensure the CEO delegates and shares the workload to help the business grow.

The individual needs to be adaptive and supportive of change and sufficiently experienced to build relationships. The role will include proactively taking ownership of tasks and projects, providing marketing support, and playing a critical role in managing all routine and daily administrative tasks as a PA.

What you'll be doing as an EA/PA

Diary management, using own initiative to manage email accounts and to develop and maintain systems to promote efficiency

Assist with coordination for client events such as conferences, networking events, forums, speaker / panel events, social events. Help with liaison, invitations, guest lists, responses and resource requirements.

Build strong relationships with business services teams and maintain effective and efficient use of business support services

Draft correspondences and amend pitch documents and PowerPoint slides

Attend weekly / fortnightly team meetings, producing minutes and action points

Travel arrangements

Attend and contribute to team meetings as required

Ensure all activities and duties adhere to risk and compliance requirements

Support additional stakeholders and colleagues as and when required

General administrative support including diary management.

Assist CEO and marketing consultants with designing of marketing documentation and content for social media

What we're looking for:

Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels

Collaborative and supportive of the business and its initiatives

Adaptable and open to change, showing a willingness and confidence to make suggestions for change where appropriate

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Ability to remain proactive and flexible

You will be joining a team of 30+ with ambitions to grow over the coming year.

What you will be doing as an IT Support Analyst:

Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems related to hardware, operating systems and mobile devices.
You will be the first point of contact for all technical enquiries, supporting hardware, software, and network issues via onsite, telephone, remote and service desk.

What we are looking for:

You will ideally have had exposure and a working knowledge of the following environments and technologies: Windows 10, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft InTune, Office 365 including Sharepoint, Active Directory, Mobile Technology (Apple and Android), CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Azure Information Protection.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in an IT Support/Service Desk environment, to provide high quality support in a customer focused role.
You will possess strong communication skills both written and verbal and demonstrate care and attention to detail.
The role demands a self-motivated team player with a hands-on approach and the ability to deliver to tight reporting deadlines.
Candidates should possess strong organisational skills and a 'can do' attitude towards every aspect of the role.
The role will ideally require someone with experience in an IT support role. Microsoft (or similar) qualifications would be advantageous.
