Introducing Luke 👋
Luke is a Recruitment Coordinator at Woods & Co, supporting roles across the property and construction sector. His focus spans transport and logistics, trades and residential construction.

Before joining Woods & Co, Luke led large-scale recruitment for new hospitality venues, including Blackbird Melbourne and Bang Bang. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of construction recruitment and helping people find roles they can be proud of.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys black coffee, Negronis and Mexican food, with Mexico naturally topping his holiday list. He is also into cycling, triathlons and surfing, although he admits he is more likely to get stuck in a rip than catch a wave.

Kristen is a Senior Recruitment Coordinator within the Business Services team at Woods & Co, supporting roles across property, retail and business support. She enjoys the variety recruitment brings and takes the time to understand what both candidates and businesses are looking for before connecting them with the right opportunity.

Before joining Woods & Co, Kristen worked in real estate sales before specialising in real estate recruitment. Having experienced different workplace environments herself, she understands the impact the right team can have and is passionate about helping people find workplaces where they feel supported, valued and excited to come to work.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys the gym, ice baths, saunas, weekend getaways and trying new restaurants. Her favourites include iced strawberry matcha, spicy margaritas, summer trips to Italy and winter trips to Queenstown. She is also a proud dog mum to her Kelpie, Panko, who joins her for walks, weekends away and almost every outing.

Recently, our Melbourne office got together at Entrecôte to celebrate the end of the financial year.

Recruitment can be a fast-paced game, so it was great to take a moment to catch up, share a few stories and enjoy a well-earned night out with the team.
