This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a highly-regarded organisation in the field of community health care.

Due to a recent increase in business, the operations team requires an administrator who co-ordinates field staff visits for Eastern suburb clientele.

Your calm, fun and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this easy-going, professional and supportive team.

The responsibilities of this role are essentially:

• Coordination of client visits (Phone & Digital)
• Data entry of visit information
• Emailing / Filing / Ad-hoc administrative duties

The right person will be warm, patient & able to establish rapport quickly with the large number of mobile operational staff. The ability to multi-task and successfully schedule in a timely manner will be highly regarded.

Intermediate computer literacy is required (MS Office), as well as a solid background in administration.

The assignment is expected to go for around 6 months initially, and may continue in an ongoing way - possibly to permanency.

The hours of work are preferably earlier: 7.00-8.00am starts, 7 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Having access to your own transport is desirable, and free parking on-site is available; however, public transport is available nearby.

Even though this role falls within the Sales realm, for all intents and purposes it is a valuable problem-solving service for warm, pre-solicited customers. If you are a good listener, knowledgeable, and can establish a respectful rapport with all types of customers, then kicking goals will come naturally. KPIs are focused around conversions rather than call times, so you can concentrate of customer satisfaction rather than your phone stats. It’s very refreshing, and reflects the mature & professional nature of the team.

The skills & experience we are looking for are:

- Demonstrated strong sales & customer service background
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Industry experience in Real Estate helps!
- High attention to detail and listening/problem solving ability

The available position is permanent, with normal working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Based on the South/East city fringe. The team is fun loving and hard-working, with regular recognition of great work done, daily activity gamification, trivia nights and family days.
