Callnovo Inc is hiring for our Online Gaming Client's team, for a global FPS / Battle Royale game: MTPE, in-game LQA testing and cultural compliance.

Remote, from anywhere. 9-hour rotational shifts covering 09:00–22:00 Uzbekistan Time (UTC+5), 5 days/week including weekend rotations.

Must-have:
- Full professional fluency in Uzbek and Russian
- Professional English proficiency
- Translation, editing, linguistics or localization background
- Strong grammar, punctuation and placeholder protection
- Able to work rotational shifts (UTC+5)

Nice-to-have: FPS / Battle Royale experience, CAT tools (memoQ, Trados, Phrase), game LQA experience.

👥 Openings: 2 Seats (Cover 9AM-9PM, Mon.-Fri.；8 hs per day; days per week)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
MTPE & Editing: Perform deep MTPE (Machine Translation + Post Editing) on AI-generated translations based on termbases and style guides to ensure native readability.
Cultural & Compliance Review: Ensure in-game text adheres to local pop culture, compliance, and avoids sensitive topics (politics, religion, culture).
In-Game LQA Testing: Test text alignment, formatting, and UI issues in test environments to optimize the player experience.
Linguistic Asset Maintenance: Update and maintain glossaries, termbases, and style guides.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:
Native speaker of Uzbek or Russian with solid English skills.
