Pour son dévouement exceptionnel à la tâche et son leadership. Durant l'EX ÉMERILLON AGUERRI, le Sgt Collin s'est distingué comme commandant de section par son leadership, son professionnalisme et son esprit guerrier tout au long de l'exercice.
Agissant à titre de commandant de section au sein du pon défense et sécurité, et attaché à la compagnie Appro et Transport (A&T) de l'Unité logistique multinationale (ULM) pour la durée de l'exercice, le Sgt Collin a démontré un leadership exemplaire dans des conditions exigeantes. Il a constamment fait preuve d'un haut niveau de compétence et d'un professionnalisme irréprochable, tout en maintenant une attitude positive et résolument orientée vers l'accomplissement de la mission. Soucieux en tout temps de maintenir sa section aux plus hauts standards, il a mené par l'exemple et exigé l'excellence de ses subordonnés.
Reconnu pour son esprit guerrier et son désir de vaincre, il a volontairement investi du temps auprès du personnel de PULM afin de partager son expertise et transmettre ses connaissances d'infanterie, contribuant directement à rehausser le niveau d'aguerrissement des membres de l'ULM. Il a maintenu en tout temps une posture professionnelle et rigoureuse, renforçant la cohésion, la sécurité et l'efficacité de l'équipe. Le Sgt Collin s'est aussi imposé comme une référence en matière de sécurité et de défense de position. Il a constamment proposé des améliorations pertinentes aux plans de défense, démontrant une excellente compréhension tactique et un souci marqué pour la protection de la force.
La pièce du commandant lui est donc décernée en signe de reconnaissance pour son excellent travail. Par son engagement, son leadership et son rendement constant, qui a contribué au bon fonctionnement de l'unité.

For his exceptional dedication to duty and leadership. During Exercise ÉMERILLON AGUERRI, Sgt Collin distinguished himself as a section commander through his leadership, professionalism, and fighting spirit throughout the exercise.
Serving as a section commander within the Defense and Security Unit and attached to the Supply and Transport (S&T) Company of the Multinational Logistics Unit (MLU) for the duration of the exercise, Sgt Collin demonstrated exemplary leadership under demanding conditions. He consistently displayed a high level of competence and impeccable professionalism, while maintaining a positive attitude firmly focused on mission accomplishment. Always committed to holding his section to the highest standards, he led by example and demanded excellence from his subordinates.
Recognized for his fighting spirit and determination to succeed, he willingly devoted time to PMLU personnel to share his expertise and pass on his infantry knowledge, directly contributing to enhancing the combat readiness of MLU members. He consistently maintained a professional and rigorous demeanor, strengthening the team’s cohesion, safety, and effectiveness. Sgt Collin has also established himself as a leader in the areas of security and positional defense. He has consistently proposed relevant improvements to defense plans, demonstrating excellent tactical understanding and a strong commitment to the protection of the force.
He is therefore awarded the Commander’s coin in recognition of his outstanding work. His commitment, leadership, and consistent performance have contributed to the unit’s smooth operation.
