Meet our newest Titan, Scott Steinberg! 🏆
For more than a decade, Scott has been a constant in our New Jersey office. Through the highest highs and some of life’s hardest moments, one thing has remained the same: his loyalty to his people.
Keith Robertson, IGH Recruiting Manager and longtime friend, said it best:
“I’ve worked with Scott for 13 years. In that time, he has become my closest advocate, my mentor, and one of my best friends. But if you asked me what Scott means to me, I think the simplest answer is this: Scott is family.”
Keith continued, “He will celebrate your wins like they are his own. He will be there beside you when you’re going through your hardest moments. And when you need to hear something that will make you better, he won’t shy away from telling you the truth. But even when Scott is holding you accountable, you never question his intent. You know the feedback is coming from a place of deep care.”
Pat Norton, IGT Sales Manager and longtime friend, shared that same sentiment:
“When I think of why I’m grateful that I’ve been working at Insight Global for over a decade now, it’s easy to think of success, wins, paychecks, etc. but the real answer is without a doubt the people who I’ve met along the way, and how this place, and those people, have shaped me. Scott is the first person who comes to mind when I think of that.”
Scott’s story at Insight Global is one of grit, resilience and a commitment to the people around him. He’s the kind of teammate who shows up, tells you the truth, celebrates your wins and makes you feel like family.
