Based in South Australia, the Factory Manager will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently achieved. Reporting to the South Australian General Manager, the role includes cost management, continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring the manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field, or have 5+ years’ experience in senior manufacturing management, with strong leadership, production expertise, and excellent communication skills. Interstate travel may be required.

$505 — Help provide emergency accommodation for a family in crisis
$75 — Help feed a family for a day
$120 — Help a family keep the power on this winter
$300 — Help relocate a person sleeping rough into accommodation services

Every donation, no matter the amount, helps provide meaningful support to people who need it most.
