We've come a long, long way together.

Values: We've identified our values as a "blueprint for our future selves".

We've summarised part of it in our "about" with:

We mean it.

Being a better version of yourself inside and outside of work each day is central to our values - the people we want to be.

- Having a growth mindset is key to this.
- Finding ways to critically think and grow together is great too.
- Book clubs are also fun - this idea is easy and so rewarding.

Connections - Coffee, Cake and Conversation.

We got together this morning at EGM Partners: Executive Search and Recruitment for the Cancer Council SA's Biggest Morning Tea.

It's a great event to raise awareness and funds for such a great cause - every dollar raised makes an incredible difference to those impacted by cancer.

It's also an amazing initiative in today's hybrid working environment to bring teams together and get them better connected. 🤝

This is EGM’s 2nd time in the Fast Movers and I was honoured to pick up the award on behalf of the team.

We’re incredibly humbled by the support but also in awe of the amazing sense of community in SA.

When and I set up EGM it was with the vision to truly help build better companies in SA and create the palace of work we always wanted to be a part of being the best versions of themselves inside and outside of work.

We’d worked for listed and International firms where the main focus was on revenue for shareholders (and sending profits form out state/shores to overseas cost centres) and climbing the corporate ladder at all costs.

We realised there was more to life than that and knew others would share the vision. We wanted to create a place where people could pursue mastery and love the craft of recruitment.

We were (and still are) passionate about the industry.

To the team, thank you for trusting us and being brilliant, always. 🙏

To South Australia, thank you for believing in us, supporting us and working with us. We’ve got some really exciting things to announce moving forward on our mission to build better companies.
