Building more inclusive workplaces starts with understanding. 💙

Last July 27, 2026, Southstar Drug gathered the heads of our Incredibles at Bulwagang Heneral Luna, RRHI Head Office for "Perspectives on Inclusion: Daily Challenges and Practical Workplace Support," a meaningful panel discussion aimed at strengthening our support for the Southstar Drug Incredibles.

The session brought together parents of our Incredibles and a subject matter expert who generously shared their personal experiences, professional insights, and practical guidance on creating a more inclusive and supportive work environment. Through honest conversations and real-life stories, our leaders gained a deeper understanding of the daily challenges faced by persons with disabilities and the important role managers play in helping them thrive in the workplace.

Southstar Drug's Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) and Area Operations Officers (AOs) came together last July 22-24, 2026 at The Park, Silang, Cavite, for the annual ROM & AO Assembly—a three-day gathering focused on aligning our goals, strengthening leadership, and driving operational excellence across our stores.

The event featured our Midyear Operations Cascade and an intensive 2½-day Bootcamp, where our operations leaders collaborated, strategized, and sharpened their skills to better support our stores and teams nationwide.
