π― Job Purpose
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence, increase online visibility, engagement, inquiries, and sales across multiple digital platforms.

π£ Digital Marketing Ex*****on
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Manage and optimize campaigns using performance data
Support paid ads (boosting, campaign coordination)
Use AI tools for content creation, automation, and analytics support
π± Social Media Management (Full Ownership)
Manage multiple company pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and short-form videos
Maintain consistent branding, tone, and messaging
Monitor trends and adjust content strategy
π¬ Community Management
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across all platforms
Coordinate with sales/operations for lead conversion and follow-ups
Ensure timely and professional customer engagement
π Website & Google Business Profile (GMB)
Update website content (banners, announcements, basic updates)
Manage multiple Google Business Profiles
Post updates, promotions, and business information
Handle reviews, Q&A, and local SEO optimization
π¨ Content Creation
Create graphics using Canva or Photoshop
Assist in video shooting and basic editing
Write captions, promos, and content copy
Organize digital marketing assets and files
π Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Track engagement, reach, inquiries, and conversions
Monitor website and GMB performance metrics
Provide insights and improvement recommendations
π Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required if experienced)
1β3 years digital marketing experience
Experience managing multiple social media accounts
Knowledge of Google Business Profile (GMB) and basic local SEO
Strong content creation and caption writing skills
Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop)
Basic video editing skills
Experience in website content management is an advantage
Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and creativity
Highly organized and able to manage multiple platforms
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
