Pizza, prosecco and plenty to celebrate 🍕🥂

On Monday, we got together as a team to celebrate being recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list and to reflect on what makes Castle such a special place to be.

As part of the celebrations, everyone shared:

Celebrating our Q1 Stars of the Month in the best way possible 🍽️

Yesterday, Jess, Amelia, Megan, Libby and Kate headed out to Chameleon for a well-deserved celebratory lunch after an amazing quarter.

From supporting clients and candidates to going above and beyond behind the scenes, each of them has played a huge part in the success of the team over the last few months and we’re incredibly proud of everything they’ve achieved.

One thing that matters hugely to us at Castle is making time to celebrate people properly. Not just the results, but the support, teamwork, positivity and relationships that sit behind them too.

A great day at Portakabin in York with manufacturing leaders from across Yorkshire talking openly about AI in manufacturing.

The conversation was practical, honest and focused on the real questions businesses are asking around security, data, accuracy, team adoption and how to choose the right tools.

One of the biggest takeaways was simple: manufacturers have not missed the boat. There is still huge opportunity, but the key is staying curious, learning quickly and bringing people with you through change.

Thank you to Fiona Conor for such practical insight, to the Portakabin team for hosting us, and to everyone who brought so much value to the room.
