Our 'Fun & Positive Team' have been busy bringing a little extra excitement to the office with a World Cup sweepstake and a desk decorating competition inspired by each person's sweepstake country!

From flags and footballs to some very creative decorations, there's certainly been no shortage of team spirit (or friendly competition! 😄).

We love finding little ways to bring everyone together throughout the year. It's these moments, alongside celebrating achievements and supporting one another, that help make Castle such a fun place to work.

A well-deserved day out in London yesterday for our Q1 MVP winners 🎭🍽️

As part of our MVP initiative, we celebrate colleagues who have made an outstanding contribution throughout the quarter, recognising the commitment, consistency and impact they have made across the business.

This quarter's winners enjoyed a trip to see Moulin Rouge! followed by an evening meal and the chance to spend time together away from the office.

At Castle, we believe success should be celebrated properly. Not just because of the results achieved, but because of the effort, teamwork, support and relationships that sit behind them.

Creating opportunities for people to connect, have fun and enjoy shared experiences is a big part of the culture we've built over the years, and one of the reasons we were so proud to be recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list this year.

Pizza, prosecco and plenty to celebrate 🍕🥂

On Monday, we got together as a team to celebrate being recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list and to reflect on what makes Castle such a special place to be.

As part of the celebrations, everyone shared:
❤️ what they love most about working at Castle
❤️ and one thing they would never want to change

The answers said everything about the culture we’ve built over the years:
supportive people, genuine friendships, flexibility, recognition, teamwork, laughter and the feeling that everyone is valued.

For us, this award was never just about benefits or perks. It’s about creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work, feel supported through challenges and celebrate successes together.

A lovely afternoon with the team and a reminder of how lucky we are to have such brilliant people around us every day.

Celebrating our Q1 Stars of the Month in the best way possible 🍽️

Yesterday, Jess, Amelia, Megan, Libby and Kate headed out to Chameleon for a well-deserved celebratory lunch after an amazing quarter.

From supporting clients and candidates to going above and beyond behind the scenes, each of them has played a huge part in the success of the team over the last few months and we’re incredibly proud of everything they’ve achieved.

One thing that matters hugely to us at Castle is making time to celebrate people properly. Not just the results, but the support, teamwork, positivity and relationships that sit behind them too.
