HR Advisor | Harrogate | £35,000

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys getting involved in employee relations, supporting managers and making a real difference within a business?

We’re recruiting exclusively for a fantastic and growing manufacturing business in Harrogate looking for an HR Advisor to join their small People team.

This is a varied generalist HR role with a particular focus on employee relations, reviewing and developing HR policies, advising managers, supporting employee engagement and improving HR processes. You'll be working alongside a Learning and Development colleague within a business that genuinely values its people and encourages fresh ideas.

What’s on offer?
£35,000 per annum
Permanent, full-time position – 37.5 hours per week
Flexible start and finish times
25 days' holiday plus 3 days for Christmas closure, with the opportunity to accrue up to 27 days
6% employer pension contribution
Occasional working from home
HealthShield and additional wellbeing benefits
Potential annual bonus of up to £1,000
Study support and professional development
On-site parking and reduced-rate EV charging

We’re looking for someone with previous HR Advisor or generalist HR experience, a strong understanding of employee relations and UK employment law, and the confidence to advise managers across the business.
