Taking fundraising to new heights ✈️💙

General Manager Sarah and Holiday Home Sales Advisor Jordan from Southview Holiday Park stepped well outside their comfort zones and completed a skydive in support of our charity partner, Make-A-Wish UK

Together, they raised an incredible £2,666, helping to turn wishes into life-changing experiences for children living with critical illnesses.

Their achievement is a fantastic example of the commitment and generosity shown by team members across Parkdean Resorts in support of our partnership with Make-A-Wish UK. Every fundraising effort, big or small, helps make a real difference.

A huge well done to Sarah and Jordan. We're incredibly proud of what they've accomplished. 💙✨

With so many of our parks located by the coast, protecting our beaches matters to us. That’s why we were proud to support the Marine Conservation Society’s Great British Beach Clean last month. 🌊

We organised more than 30 beach cleans across the UK, with team members, guests and holiday homeowners rolling up their sleeves to help protect and preserve our coastlines.

Alongside litter-picking, participants completed surveys and collected valuable data that contributes to national research, helping to protect marine wildlife, improve ocean health and support positive environmental change. 💙

From growing up on park to building a career together! ❤️

For Sarah and her daughter Zoe, Parkdean Resorts is more than just a place to work – it’s a place full of family memories, friendships and opportunities to grow.

Sarah’s connection to park life began 15 years ago when she was an owner at Manor, where Zoe spent her childhood celebrating birthdays, riding her bike and making memories. Fast forward to today, and Sarah is in her sixth season with us, having progressed from seasonal cleaner to Established Assistant Accommodation Manager. 🏡

Along the way, she’s taken on a range of responsibilities, from supporting different departments to becoming a Wellbeing Champion and First Aider. Earlier this year, she was even recognised with an Above and Beyond award! 🏆 Her next ambition? To become an Accommodation Manager.

Zoe’s journey began just two days after her 16th birthday, starting out as a waitress and glass collector before moving into the bar team. Now in her second season as Bar Supervisor, she’s gained a host of qualifications through Parkdean, including her personal licence, Food Level 3 and lifeguard qualification. 💪

Once too shy to even use the till, Zoe has grown in confidence and is now setting her sights on becoming a Complex Manager!

Both Sarah and Zoe love that no two days are the same, the connections they build with guests and owners, and the way teams across the park come together. For them, Parkdean Resorts is an extended family – and a place where there’s always something new to learn.

From childhood memories to exciting career ambitions, we’re proud to be part of their story. ✨

After being shortlisted for In-House Recruitment Marketing Team, Employer Brand (UK) and Social Media at the Marketing Awards, we’re proud to have taken home In-House Recruitment Marketing Team! 🏆

With just a team of two, we’re incredibly proud of everything they've achieved - from creating a consistent employer brand and delivering recruitment campaigns, to managing our careers website and Life at Parkdean social channels.

It’s all about making sure our candidates have the best possible experience at every stage of their journey with Parkdean Resorts, and it’s fantastic to have their work recognised alongside so many brilliant organisations in the industry.
