🍰Happy Big Bake Day to the North East contact centre community!

Today marks the very first NECCA - North East Contact Centre Awards Big Bake, and we’re incredibly proud to see contact centres across the region coming together to raise some serious dough for Business Beats Cancer North East, part of Cancer Research UK (CRUK)

The contact centre industry is one of the region’s largest employers, providing jobs for more than 6% of the North East’s working population. With one in two of us likely to receive a cancer diagnosis during our lifetime, this is a cause that will sadly touch many of our colleagues, families and communities. That’s why it’s so powerful to see the industry uniting to make a difference, one bake sale at a time.

Good luck to everyone competing to become their centre’s sweet and savoury champions. We can’t wait to see all the photos on social media, and our team will be there to cheer on the finalists at the Grand Finale.

We’re looking for reliable and motivated people to join their production team on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, with full training provided from day one.

This role could be a great fit if you:
