A huge thank you to our team for their generosity and kindness.

Over the past few weeks, staff have been busy collecting children’s toys, which have now been dropped off in support of Cash for Kids. Seeing the volume of donations really brings home what can be achieved when people come together for a shared cause.

Cash for Kids does incredible work supporting children and young people across the UK, helping to ensure that no child wakes up on Christmas morning without a gift. For many families, that support makes a genuinely life-changing difference at what can be a very difficult time of year.

We are proud to play a small part in supporting such an important charity, and even prouder of our team for getting involved and giving so generously. NRG

Today, some of our fantastic team came into the office to spread festive cheer and support Save the Children UK's Christmas Jumper Day.

This is just a snapshot of our amazing people – many others were squeezing in those all-important school nativity plays, working from home, or using up their remaining leave to finish their Christmas shopping!

Not everyone in the photo managed to find a Christmas jumper… so we’ve decided that means double the donation for them! 😉

Together with our sister business, NRG, we were delighted to welcome over 40 business leaders to our headquarters to celebrate the launch of our HR Services and partnership with Suitability by Society Matters CIC. This inspiring event underscored our commitment to empowering businesses to navigate the complexities of an ever-evolving HR landscape. These new services are designed to bolster internal HR teams with the specialised expertise needed to manage complex projects and advance talent strategies—all without increasing permanent headcount. By offering flexible, on-demand support, we aim to ensure organisations are equipped to tackle today’s HR challenges, avoid resource gaps, and stay ahead in achieving their talent goals.

We’re especially excited to be partnering with Suitability, a programme inspired by the success of Smart Works Newcastle, to support those who identify as male in preparing for employment. Today's inaugural Talking Talent: Customer Experience (CX) Roundtable brought together professionals from a diverse range of businesses and sectors, as well as a special guest from the US visiting the UK.

Geoff Watson of Worldpay chaired the session, guiding discussions on key themes such as Insight Gathering & Voice of the Customer. This included exploring tools, the balance between automation and manual analysis, and ways to derive actionable insights. Another central theme was Customer Impact Management during Change & Transformation, with a focus on keeping CX at the forefront, aligning teams, and embedding customer goals into strategic planning.
