At Veritas, we specialise in connecting schools across the United Kingdom with exceptional teaching and support staff for both short- and long-term placements. We firmly believe that one thing that the Recruitment sector and the Education sector have in common is that they are both 100% focused on people. Working with schools in Primary, Secondary, SEN, and Nursery education, we provide tailored recruitment solutions to ensure every school finds the right talent to meet their unique needs. We take the time to personally meet every candidate and school we work with, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs. This personalised approach is reflected in each of our offices in London, Leeds, and Preston, where every interaction is viewed as an opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact. We actively recruit outstanding teachers from countries including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland, recognising the vital contribution international teaching talent brings to the UK education sector. We support our overseas candidates at every step—from relocation and visa guidance to adapting to the UK education system. Teaching in the UK is a truly rewarding experience, and our dedicated team ensures each journey is seamless, and filled with opportunities to make a lasting impact. As an REC Audit Accredited member, we are committed to maintaining the highest industry standards in safeguarding and compliance alongside the Keeping Children Safe in Education legislation. All our staff undergo a face-to-face interview and thorough vetting processes that go above and beyond DfES guidelines. Our large team of compliance experts, who are friendly, efficient, and professional, serve as a dedicated point of contact for candidates from the interview stage to starting a role. Additionally, all our consultants are trained in 'Safer Recruitment,' providing peace of mind that our processes are robust and reliable.
