Your Role
You'll provide compassionate, person-centered care in long-term care and retirement settings, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, meal prep, vital sign monitoring, and documentation, all while supporting residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
What You Need – PSW
✅ PSW Certificate from an accredited institution (Note: Essor College is not accepted)
✅ 3+ months of hands-on experience in LTC or retirement living in Canada
✅ Valid Enhanced Covid-19 Vaccination, CPR/BLS, Vulnerable Sector Screen (last 12 months) & TB Test/Chest X-ray (last 12 months)
What You Need – RPN
✅ Valid RPN license in good standing with the CNO
✅ Experience in LTC or retirement living preferred
✅ Valid Enhanced Covid-19 Vaccination, CPR/BLS, Vulnerable Sector Screen (last 12 months) & TB Test/Chest X-ray (last 12 months)
Both Roles Require:
🔹 Strong communication skills in English and French
🔹 Driver's license & vehicle (an asset)
🔹 Reliability, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to care
