Lire et interpréter les plans et devis techniques
Effectuer l'entretien, la réparation et les modifications des moules
Fabriquer des fixtures et des « jigs » pour la production
Faire les mises en production selon les pièces à fabriquer
Respecter les standards et objectifs du système S.M.E.D.
Respecter rigoureusement toutes les normes et règlements de santé et sécurité

Profil recherché
Vous possédez un DEP en usinage OU l'une des combinaisons d'expérience suivantes :
3 ans d'expérience chez un mouliste en troubleshooting et entretien de moules à plastique, ou
5 ans d'expérience en entretien de moules à plastique dans le domaine du plastique, ou
7 ans d'expérience en machinage général

Compétences techniques essentielles
Maîtrise de la soudure MIG et TIG
Maîtrise du machinage sur outils conventionnels (tour, fraiseuse, rectifieuse)
Bonne connaissance du système S.M.E.D.
Lecture et interprétation de plans et devis
Qualifications en travail de précision

Atouts
Connaissances en soudure à l'arc ou autres procédés
