Requirements:
• 1+ year hospitality experience

About the Role
Reporting to regional leadership, the Executive Director oversees all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring excellence in resident-centered care, compliance with legislation, and alignment with corporate values.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead operations, finance, HR, and labour relations
• Manage budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
• Ensure adequate staffing and quality resident care
• Implement sector best practices and long-term care innovations
• Maintain strong community, family, and stakeholder relationships
• Mentor department leaders and foster leadership growth.

Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in health/social services, or LTC qualification
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience in health/social services
