Morning region, a few light showers & drizzle around this morning, To 9am Moree saw 20mm, Walgett 18.2mm, & 17.4mm. The trough is weakening quite quick, so not much precipitation is expected. No frosts showing up over the next 7 days. ~Dave.

Morning region, a deepening trough in the states West is causing showers & possible storms in the afternoon & evening to areas of the Plains. A current rainband is approaching Walgett at time o f writting this post. For areas further to the East only a slight to moderate chance of any precipitation due to the slow movement. Tomorrow the trough will be sitting across our region & widespread showers & storms more likely. ~Dave.

Morning region, cloud is increasing as a trough in far Western NSW, this will cause wet conditions as it slowly tracks East before weakening late in the week. Rainfall is very inconsistent in modelling. Very hard to predict exact amounds, the Plains is expected to see the most with 20-50mm possible, the Slopes 10-20mm, Tablelands 5-15mm, please note these are my own predictions going on what is happening across multiple models, some thunderstorms are also possible making predictions very difficult. ~Dave.

Morning region, clear skies & light winds overnight caused temps to drop, our admin in Wollun recorded -5.5°, Walcha -4.4° (Pictured), Glen Innes -2.8°, Armidale -1.3°, Merriwa 0.1°, Scone 0.3°, Tamworth 1.3°, Gunnedah 1.4°, Walgett 1.5°, Moree 3.6°, & Narrabri 4.3°. From Tuesday shower are expected to return, models have the areas of the Plains to see the most with 25-50mm possible, on the Slopes, Upper Hunter & Tablelands 10-25mm possible. ~Dave.

Mornig region, a couple of dry days on the way, Showers are expected to return on Monday in the east & Tuesday in the west. Areas of frost possible tomorrow for frost prone areas. Glen innes saw -3° overnight & Armidale 0°, here in Tamworth 5.4°, down the road in Gunnedah 1.4°. I tipped out 0.5mm out at 9am here in Westdale. ~Dave.

The weekend is looking clear with no precipitation. The next chance of showers will be Monday in the east & spreading to the west on Tuesday. I tipped out 10.5mm from my gauge here in Westdale this morning. ~Dave.
