Thank you to Tamworth Aboriginal Medical Service, Aboriginal Corporation for inviting us to attend their R U OK? Day event held at Viaduct Park!💛

Now more than ever, it's important to check in with your community, take time to listen, and remind those around you that they don't have to face life's challenges alone.

It was fantastic to see so many local organisations and community members come together to promote connection, wellbeing and the importance of having meaningful conversations and holding space with your community.

Sometimes, a simple "Are you OK?" can be the first step towards someone getting the support they need.💛
