We’re blown away by the remarkable transformation in Helen over the past six weeks and we’re so proud to share her inspiring story.

Previous painful experiences in Helen’s life, including negative employment experiences, heavily impacted her confidence. She was wary of engaging in group settings and relied on unhealthy eating habits to cope with stress and depression.

However, since joining the Her Futures Wellbeing program, she’s never missed a single session – that's 30 gym and workshop sessions!

Through the program, she’s developed healthier strategies to manage her emotions, and this has had a positive impact on both her mental health and physical wellbeing.

Not only that, but she’s also gained renewed optimism and is looking forward to finding employment again.

We look forward to your continued growth, Helen. Thank you for inspiring all of us in the program!
