📦 HIRING: Pick Packers / Warehouse Workers

📍 Location: Kemps Creek
💰 Pay Rate: $36+ per hour (Morning Shift)
❤️ Must be flexible to start anytime in the morning
😊Afternoon shift: $40+per hour - 2 pm start
• Must have full working rights in Australia
- Start work: October 1 (Thursday)

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Pick Packers / Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Kemps Creek

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• RF scanning
• Meeting daily KPIs and productivity targets

✅ Requirements & Qualifications:
❤️❤️❤️MUST HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS❤️❤️❤️
• Minimum 1 year experience in pick packing and RF scanning is an advantage
*****💘OPEN TO NEWBIES OR NO EXPERIENCE AS LONG AS TRAINABLE AND FAST LEARNERS)****
• Must have basic computer knowledge/skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work Monday to Friday (morning shift)
• Flexible to start early when required
• Good communication skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-managed Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations with a workload split of 70% administrative duties and 30% hands-on tasks. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Details
Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Responsible for managing 4 small customers

Core Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations and up to 16 team members
Provide excellent customer service and administrative support
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders via email and phone
Monitor and achieve KPIs including accuracy, efficiency, and safety targets
Support hands-on warehouse tasks when required
Motivate, guide, and develop team members
Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety procedures

Skills & Experience
Proven admin and customer service experience
WMS knowledge and capability
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and lead by example
Experience using RF guns
High reach and counterbalance forklift experience (desired but not essential)
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed
