Maintenance Officers (Handypersons)
We are employing Maintenance Officers to complete general property repairs, preventative maintenance and grounds tasks for our clients who are Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living Providers.

Various locations available throughout Greater Sydney, Western Sydney, Inner West, Eastern Sydney and Northern Suburbs.

Mature Individuals and Semi-Retired are encouraged to apply.

*Part Time and Full Hours available
*From $36.20 p/h + Superannuation

Key duties:
*General property repairs (eg, installing or repairing hardware, patching and painting)
*Preventative maintenance (eg, scheduled checks to ensure safe operation of tools and equipment)
*Grounds work (eg, pressure cleaning pathways, maintain lawns and existing gardens)

Must haves:
*Similar experience in a previous role (trade, handyperson, maintenance)
*Knowledge of WHS requirements and the ability to work safely
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Reliable transport and a car licence
*Hold a NDISWC Clearance or National Criminal History Check (or be willing to undergo)
