Job description:
We are employing Maintenance Officers to complete general property repairs, preventative and grounds maintenance tasks for our Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living clients in Malabar NSW.

Casual role
3 days/week
$36.20 p/h + Superannuation

Primary duties include:
General property repairs (eg, installing or repairing hardware, patching and painting)
Some grounds work (eg, pressure cleaning pathways, maintain lawns and existing gardens)
Preventative maintenance (eg, scheduled checks to ensure safe operation of tools and equipment)

Selection criteria:
Similar previous experience (trade, handyperson, maintenance, DYI)
Knowledge of WHS requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transport and a car licence
NDISWC Clearance or National Criminal History Check (must provide or be willing to undergo)
