If accountability in your business depends on you constantly following things up, what happens when you're not there?

As a business grows, the demands on its management team grow too.

There’s a lot more being built here than four walls. 🇰🇭

For Rebecca and Coco, this week in Cambodia has meant getting stuck in, working alongside locals and fellow volunteers, learning new skills and experiencing firsthand just how much work goes into creating something many of us are fortunate enough to take for granted: a safe place to call home.

It’s hot, it’s physical, it’s exhausting, and judging by the photos, there’s been plenty of fun and laughter amongst the hard work too.

Most of all, it’s been a reminder of what can happen when people come together and give their time, energy and support to something bigger than themselves.

We’re proud to be following Bec and Coco’s journey with Habitat for Humanity and watching this home take shape, one day at a time. 🏠

Brick by brick, it’s all starting to come together. 🏠💛

What started as a building site is becoming a home, and behind every bit of progress is a pretty special group of people who have given their time, energy and generosity to help make it happen.

For Bec and Coco, being there to physically contribute to the build has made the impact of that support very real.

And while the team might be in Cambodia doing the building, there’s a much bigger team behind them at home.

It’s only Day 2, but what an experience it’s already been. Rebecca and her daughter Coco are currently volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, helping build a home for a local family alongside an incredible group of volunteers and locals.

Hot, sweaty, humbling and incredibly rewarding.

A few more days of building to go, and we can’t wait to see it all come together. 🏠💛
