We had a great morning last Thursday at our Maroochydore Chamber of Commerce breakfast.

Thank you to everyone who was in the room and part of the conversation.

One of the key themes we explored was how, as businesses grow, structure doesn’t always keep pace. Roles evolve, responsibilities build, and many owners find themselves carrying more than they should.

The shift comes from stepping back and thinking more intentionally about what your business needs next, and the role you need to play in that.

Really appreciate the openness in the room and the conversations that followed.

10 years ago, Bec spent ANZAC weekend hiking the Kokoda Track — a powerful experience that brought a deeper understanding of the courage, sacrifice and resilience shown by those who served.

It’s a reminder that the legacy of ANZAC is not just history, but something to be respected, remembered and carried forward.
