Working as a completely independent company we can work with hospitality businesses anywhere and everywhere. Quality counts whoever you are. Our principle aim is to be a valuable service to our customers. We are not an employment business or a recruitment agency. We do not on-hire workers to employers. So what is the Hospitality Register? Put simply we put workers and a business in touch with each other when the business has a requirement. We contact the most suitable and available candidates for the required role and ask if they are interested in working for the business. The candidates and the business meet up and the business hires the one they most like. At this point our job is done and the business has who they want without paying a placement fee. The unsuccessful candidates remain on the register until the next time. We do coach our candidates and gain feedback after they have met with a business and similarly we gain feedback from the business regarding their choice. OnCall Staff
We have a handful of retained staff that are available for urgent cover. This means a business can call us at short notice to request someone to cover a shift. This is usually the same day when a regular member of staff hasn't shown for work or when someone quits their job and the business is waiting for the replacement to start. Supporting the hospitality community, means not charging exorbitant fees for this service and we are using our own retired staff, we don't have to charge casual loading. Win Win
