Anna recently had the opportunity to go to Milan to model, and I was thrilled to send her.💃
Being a mother agent is about so much more than finding jobs. It’s about knowing when a model is ready for the next opportunity, putting them in the right market, making the connections and being there to guide them through the process.
Anna has so many beautiful images from her time in Milan, but these three are some of my favorites.
There is nothing better than seeing a model you believe in have the opportunity to work in an international market and watching their confidence and experience grow along the way.
So proud of you, Anna. And I can’t wait to see what’s next!
Milan was a big step — and I’m so happy I got to be part of making it happen.

I’ve never really told the full story behind why I created THE LOOK… until now.💗
I started in the modeling industry when I was 15.
Now, at 57, I’ve spent more than four decades watching this industry evolve — as a model, a business owner, an agent and now as the creator of THE LOOK.💃🏻
After decades in this industry, I wanted to create something that brought together so many of the things I love about it — fashion, models, designers, creativity and opportunity — while also giving back to a cause that matters.
That idea became THE LOOK.
And it’s become so much more than I originally imagined.
This year, we’re taking it to another level.
