E-Commerce Customer Service Representative - Sharon
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Customer Service & Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This role is focused specifically on supporting our e-commerce customers and ensuring a smooth experience from purchase through returns.
The ideal candidate has previous e-commerce customer service experience, is comfortable handling a high volume of phone and email communication, and has experience working with returns and quality control.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to e-commerce customers via phone and email.
Respond to customer questions, concerns, order issues, and product inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process and coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and related requests.
Work closely with the Quality Control team to inspect, document, and resolve returned merchandise issues.
Help identify product or fulfillment issues and communicate recurring concerns to the appropriate teams.
Maintain accurate customer and return records.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and quality control.
Escalate complex customer or product issues when necessary.
Provide a positive, solutions-focused customer experience.
Qualifications
Required: Previous experience in e-commerce customer service.
Strong phone and email customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with returns, exchanges, or order issues.
Quality Control experience is a strong plus.
The salary is up to $25.00 an hour based on experience
Hours are
Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
