Warehouse Coordinator with Forklift– Up to $23/hr - Canton
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This position is primarily focused on receiving, shipping, inventory, and general warehouse duties, with some responsibility for helping coordinate the work of one other warehouse employee.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and organizing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Enter and update information in computer and inventory systems.
Prepare shipments and verify incoming and outgoing materials.
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with coordinating daily tasks and provide direction to one warehouse employee when needed.
Complete other general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience required.
Forklift experience required; prior certification is a plus.
Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.
Able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the day.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and assist with coordinating daily warehouse activities.
Pay: Up to $23/hour based on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Setup and operate CNC milling and or Lathe machines producing precision parts
• Programming using CAD/CAM software - Mastercam

Job Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines such as:
Matsuura, HAAS, Okuma, Hurco
Three, four, and five axis
Tool changes, offsets, and edits
Possibly being taught how to program at the machine
Troubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues as needed
Design and build fixtures and select appropriate tooling
Perform initial part inspections
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Ensure all products are properly labeled and handled

Qualifications

Previous CNC milling and/or lathe machine experience required
CNC programming experience would be a plus

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathe twin spindle turret machinist
Work with lathes, twin spindle, centerless grinders, and multi-axis grinders

Select and install tooling, work holding, and fixtures for each job
