🕒 Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, every other Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
📚 Training: First Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📍 Canton, MA

What You'll Do:
✅ Operate extrusion equipment
✅ Load raw materials and unload finished products
✅ Monitor equipment startup, shutdown, and daily operations
✅ Perform basic troubleshooting and respond to machine issues
✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
✅ Participate in safety programs and daily team meetings

What We're Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Ability to read and write English
✔ Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery
✔ Experience with extrusion equipment is a plus
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
✔ Flexibility to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed
