Position: Clinic Manager
📍 Location: Singapore
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: SGD 5,000 – 6,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Working Hours
🕒 Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
🕒 Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
✔ Lead and support the clinic team to deliver high-quality patient care.
✔ Coordinate staff scheduling, resource planning, and clinic administration.
✔ Monitor clinic performance and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
✔ Work closely with healthcare professionals to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

✅ 3–5 years of experience in clinic management or healthcare administration.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
✅ Proficiency in clinic management systems, EMR, and Microsoft Office.
✅ Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations is an advantage.
✅ Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

💰 Salary: $5,800 - $6,500 (for 7-10 years of experience)
🕐 Working hours: 44 hrs/week, Sat 8:30am-1pm

ℹ️ Note: Our client doctor is currently setting up a private practice. This position is KIV (Kept In View) until further notice — we will update once hiring officially opens.
✅ Requirements (once open):

5-10 years of experience, with 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role preferred
Age: 35-40
Language: English & Chinese
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Healthcare Management / Nursing / Business Administration / Healthcare Administration
Eligible: Singaporean / PR

📋 Main Duties:

Clinic operations: daily workflow, appointment scheduling, staffing, KPIs
Patient experience: feedback handling, service recovery
Team leadership: supervising admin staff, performance reviews, manpower planning
