From September 1, 2025, employers with children under seven who are not fully vaccinated must ensure their Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) is immune to measles, through vaccination or documented immunity, or book her vaccination appointment.
This policy protects unvaccinated young children, who are highly susceptible to measles, a dangerous and highly contagious disease, by adding a crucial layer of household health defence amid persistent global risks.
