WHAT CONSULTANT WILL BE EXPECTING:
Non-experience Consultant is expected to go through 6 months of basic training to understand and familiarise recruitment processes and eventually move to advance level such as in-depth psychology studies of candidates and clients.
OBJECTIVE OF A CONSULTANT:
Consultants play an important role between the Candidates and the Companies. We assist Candidates in their Career Advancement via promotion or driving their career nearer to their goal. We assist Companies in acquiring Candidates who can add value or contribute toward their business goal.
JOB SCOPES (during the early stage):
Understand what Candidates are in demand.
Sourcing for Candidate.
Understand Candidate’s career direction.
Assist Candidates in Career Advancement.
Understand Client’s need.
Assist Clients in Talent Acquisition.
Build rapport with both Candidates and Clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Business
Enjoy/ comfortable chatting with anyone.
Sincerely wish to assist others in their career advancement.
Able to communicate professionally.
Good command of English.
Additional advantages if able to understand and speak other languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, etc
